We is an online shop company that sells pre-owned handbags purchased legally on the secondhand market from trusted independent suppliers and not from original brand owner. We is not an authorized brand dealer of Louis Vuitton, Chanel or Dior or any high-end luxury bags nor are we affiliated with these brands.
All bags sold on we are 100% authentic and are carefully reviewed by experts with over a decade of combined experience in authenticating these high-end designer bags.
Payment
Payments are accepted via bank transfer, Wise Transfer, and PayPal. (Bank account details will be sent via our official pages)
Layaway is possible with the following
conditions: One item exceeding USD 1,000
Layaway period: 1 month
Downpayment: Downpayment amount will be half of the price of the total invoice for the item and should be paid right after buying or we will cancel it.
Shipping & Delivery
Courier: FedEx, JP Post, EMS and LBC
Customs Tax & Declaration:
As per Company Policy, items are declared with its real price. The customer will be in-charge of paying any customs tax that will exceed the allowable limit. The limit varies per country so we advise you to please contact customs in your country for possible additional charges of your package.

Paid Keep Items Policy
Paid items are kept for as long as one week. After one week, items have to be shipped out due to the growing numbers of orders day by day.
Unpaid Keep Items Policy
Unpaid items will not be kept as per our company policy. After purchasing, we will remind you and wait for two days for the payment. If the item has not been paid within the given time, it will be considered as cancelled. After payment, please send us the receipt right away.
No Return , No Refund Policy
As of September 23, 2024, We will not accept requests for returns of pre orders unless the item is proven fake upon our confirmation. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received and in its original packaging. If returned to our office and proven the returned item to be authentic, refunds will not be issued. We understand the value of every penny, but we want to emphasize that what we sell are preloved items and not every single flaw will be conveyed in the live. We accept requests for pictures and inquiries for as long as you are responsible for the items you have mined. We are sorry for the inconvenience, and we hope you understand.
